Ep 100: From aspiring chef to now - a little bit of my story

For the 100th episode of the dietitian values a friend suggested I chat about my story - what brought me to where I am and how I do things.

So today I'm sharing a little bit of what brought me to where I am, including:
- what I wanted to be when I grew up 
- why I became a dietitian
- pauses and taking time
- trying things out before it seems like people are 'ready'
- and grounding in my values of course
