Ep 112: What to do when overwhelm sets in
Feeling overwhelmed? Maybe you are in a business or other life transition...or maybe it's just the act of existing while the world feels like it's a raging dumpster fire all around you!
Either way, when overwhelm sets in you might have a tendency to go into fix mode - cue the lists, the task prioritisation and all the systems and tools....or you might prefer option b - shut down mode.
Today I want to offer up an invitation for a different approach or perhaps more accurately a nourishing pause point . Grounding into rituals and rhythms that nourish.
Taking a moment (or many) to refocus onto some overwhelm-antidotes before diving into your regular coping strategy.
